
User Guide
1.Add items to your cart from the product page. On the Shopping Cart screen, review your order details and click the Proceed to Checkout button.
2.On the Payment Information screen, follow the on-screen instructions to enter the required details:
・Customer information (name, postal code, address, phone number)
・Preferred delivery date and time
・Shipping address and recipient name
・Payment method
After reviewing your order, click the Purchase button to confirm. If you select credit card payment, you will be redirected to the card information entry page.
3.Once your order is complete, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to you.
(Note: Please check your spam folder, as emails may sometimes be filtered.)
If you do not receive a confirmation email at all, your order may not have been processed correctly.
In that case, please contact us by phone.
For bank transfer payments
*If you would like to specify a delivery date, please place your order well in advance.
4.Please make your payment in advance to the bank account listed in the confirmation email.
*Please note: Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. Payment must be made within ○○ days of the order date.

5. After payment has been confirmed, products will be shipped within ○○ business days.

【Returns & Defective Products】
